1. Appointments and Bookings
- Online Booking: Appointments can be made online through our booking system, Fresha. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
- In-Salon Booking: Appointments can also be made directly in the salon. Please provide us with accurate contact information to confirm your booking.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Period: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. This fee will be charged via the payment method used to secure the booking.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer appointments to other clients.
3. Patch Testing
- Patch Test Requirement: For certain treatments, such as eyelash extensions and tinting services, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is to ensure there is no allergic reaction to the products used.
- Booking Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to arrange a patch test prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been performed.
- Results of Patch Testing: If you experience any irritation or adverse reactions during or after a patch test, please notify us immediately so that we can adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
4. Payments
- Cashless Payments: We operate a cashless business model. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards and through our in-store payment provider, SumUp. All payments must be made in full at the end of your treatment.
- Deposits: For certain services or large bookings, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future services if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
- Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for services are not typically offered; however, if you are unhappy with the result, we may provide a complimentary corrective service within a reasonable time frame.
6. Personal Belongings
- Responsibility: Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. The Beauty Boutique is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items while on the premises.
7. Health and Safety
- Client Health: Please inform your therapist or technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment. This includes but is not limited to skin conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgeries.
- Salon Hygiene: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. If you have any concerns about your treatment or our facilities, please do not hesitate to bring them to our attention.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
